Who Is Kyla?

Kyla has always had an interest in real estate. Her parents were realtors and she grew up learning about the real estate market. She bought her first condo when she was 18, and worked for a real estate law office after high school.

Since then she’s bought and sold a number of her own properties. In 2019 she and her husband entered the commercial real estate realm, purchasing their first industrial building. Since then, they have purchased and renovated several apartment buildings for the purpose of a long hold.

Investing in commercial real estate is what stoked her passion to become a mortgage broker. Buying her dream home finally convinced Kyla that it was something she had to pursue.

Kyla’s passion is to create a positive experience for her clients. Knowing first hand how stressful it can be to secure lending, her goal is to alleviate stress, communicate clearly, and find the best deals she can for her clients.
